SOUL YOGA × AN TRÀ
Tea Meditation | Yin Yoga | Singing Bowls
When was the last time you truly spent a morning just for yourself?
Amid days filled with endless things to do, sometimes what we need is not to go somewhere far away, but simply to have enough time and space to slow down and reconnect with ourselves.
A morning at An Trà begins with Tea Meditation — slowing down with a cup of tea, experiencing its Aroma, Taste, and Spirit, while listening to stories about the culture of Vietnamese tea.
The journey continues with Yin Yoga and Singing Bowls, featuring slow, gentle movements and pauses long enough for the body to soften and for you to listen more closely to your breath. Accompanied by the long, resonant tones of singing bowls, you are invited into a deeper sense of stillness — a space where you do not need to do anything, but simply relax and be present.
Tea invites us to slow down. Yoga and sound invite us to listen to ourselves, to return within.
A morning without rushing. A little time dedicated entirely to you.

Tea Meditation | Yin Yoga | Singing Bowls
Amid days that always seem to demand that we rush, Soul Yoga and An Trà invite you to take a moment to slow down — to return to your body, your breath, and whatever is unfolding within.
The morning begins with Tea Meditation, where we gently and mindfully experience the aroma and taste of tea in stillness.
The journey then continues with Yin Yoga & Singing Bowls — slow, deep movements accompanied by soothing sound vibrations, allowing the body to gradually release tension and the mind to find more space to rest.
You do not have to travel far to find peace. Sometimes, all you need is to give yourself permission to pause for a little while.
