Soul Yoga School
Soul Yoga Saigon is a space where people come not only to practice yoga, but to experience balance, peace, and connection.
Our studio at Vinhomes Grand Park is bright, airy, and filled with natural light. It’s a place that feels both clean and cozy, where you can step away from daily noise and settle into stillness.
Our mission is simple: to bring the essence of yoga to everyone. That means not just the physical postures (asana), but also knowledge, mindfulness, and practices that nurture the body, mind, and soul. At Soul Yoga we believe yoga is for every stage of life, every body, and every heart — a tool to help us live with more awareness, compassion, and joy.

About Daisy Thảo Nguyễn – Founder of Soul Yoga Saigon
Hello, I’m Daisy Thảo Nguyễn, founder of Soul Yoga Saigon.
There’s a quote I once heard that has stayed with me ever since:
“There are two most important days in your life: The day you are born, and the day you find out why.”
Throughout my journey of growing up, I constantly asked myself: Why am I here? What is my true purpose?
I explored many paths, committed to learning and self-development, and sought tools to understand myself more deeply — including numerology, astrology, and Eastern metaphysics.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of offering personal numerology consultations to hundreds of clients, listening to their life stories, and guiding them through the journey of self-discovery. And the more I connected with others, the more I realized that at the core of it all, what each of us truly longs for is to reconnect with ourselves — to live a life of meaning, peace, and fulfillment.
But this journey was not without its darkness. I, too, faced moments of deep confusion, hopelessness, and even depression.
A turning point came in 2019, when I began immersing myself in Buddhist teachings and spiritual studies. It was during this inner search that Yoga found me — like a quiet teacher, gentle yet profoundly transformative. Through Yoga, I began to heal, to reconnect with my inner being, and to rediscover the light within.
After years of dedicated practice and experiencing firsthand the deep transformation Yoga can bring, I decided to become a Certified 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Instructor. And from that moment on, my desire to share Yoga — not just as a physical practice, but as a way of life — continued to grow.
Soul Yoga was born from that love — a soulful creation that embodies my journey, my awakening, and my heartfelt desire to share healing and connection with others.
I truly believe that the day Soul Yoga was born was one of the happiest days of my life — because it marked the beginning of the path I was meant to walk.
With the name "Soul", and the guiding message “Touch your inner peace”, my hope is that Soul Yoga will become a space where each person can return to themselves, find inner peace, and live a life of fullfilment

Ms. Nhung – Instructor
Hello, I am Yiyi Nhung Do, a Yoga practitioner and instructor.
Yoga has shown me my own value, and a more meaningful life. Yoga is a way of life that teaches me to dream, to have faith and to have faith; Yoga is also a tool that helps me to constantly improve myself to help humanity.
I graduated from the first 200-hour teacher certification course of Yoga Alliance, USA 8 years ago and have a level 2 teaching certificate (since graduating from university). So I started teaching right after that and in just a short time, I have received many thanks from students that when practicing with me, they have improved a lot in their physical and mental health. I had my first dream, I wanted to use Yoga as a tool to help my parents become healthier, and since my family is in the countryside, I wished I could become a training coach, extending my arms so that more yoga teachers could join me in helping to restore health to more people, not only my parents but also those in remote, deprived areas that I may have never set foot in;
I am grateful to myself for constantly striving to pursue this dream. I have spent time teaching yoga and studying to improve my expertise through specialized 100-hour Yoga courses for pregnant women, children, the elderly and therapy. I have a 300-hour Yoga Technician Certificate issued by the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Vietnam; 60-hour Mindfulness Yoga Certificate; 50-hour Massage Therapy Certificate; 50-hour Yoga Course for pregnant women and postpartum recovery; I have also completed many related courses to improve my expertise such as 50-hour Advanced Anatomy Course; 50-hour Body Awareness Course;
And fortunately, up to now, I have 7 years of experience teaching 200-hour yoga instructor training and 2 years of experience teaching yoga instructor training for pregnant women.
Not stopping there, I allowed myself to realize bigger dreams, when many yoga instructors like me were struggling on the career path, I wanted to accompany them, help them find their dreams and shorten the journey to realize those dreams. I learned more about developing mental language, healing numerology, Human Design... Finally, I realized that all of those things were taught in the ancient Vedas. I returned to practicing Yoga with an open mind and full faith.
For me, Yoga is a gift that the universe gives to humanity, Yoga is for all of us without distinction, Yoga is not right or wrong, but only suitable or not suitable; Yoga practice will also not be the same at each time, when the level of awareness is different, we will have different experiences and lessons even in the same posture, the same breath, the same situation.
With my genuine experiences and sincerity in my heart, I believe that I can accompany you, whoever you are, wherever you are, let's live a peaceful and fulfilling life together.
Ms Chang - Instructor
Hi, I’m Chang — a heart guided by sincerity and inner growth
My journey began with a simple intention: to live truthfully, to grow steadily, and to share that light with others. Through years of learning and practicing, I’ve realized that true transformation starts from within — from the quiet strength of the mind and the gentle awareness of the soul. Yoga and self-development have become my companions on this path, helping me stay grounded, resilient, and open-hearted. Every practice, every breath, is a reminder that growth is not about perfection, but about presence and sincerity. With that spirit, I wish to create a space where others can also elevate themselves — to reconnect with their inner world, nurture peace, and let their light ripple out into life.
Grow inward. Shine outward.
